SOUNDPROOF PACKING AND SOUNDPROOF STRUCTURE
To eliminate insufficient pushing of a soundproof packing P into a groove portion 9 which is fixed to the groove portion 9 of a door contact 8 for insulating the sound between the door contact and a door 6 in a state of closure and concurrently to improve the appearance by preventing both ends of a base portion 10 of the packing P in the width direction from floating from a surface of the door contact 8 on both sides of the groove portion 9.SOLUTION: The soundproof packing P includes: the plate-shaped base portion 10 disposed to cover openings of the groove portions 9; leg portions 11 integrally connected to a backside of the widthwise middle part of the base portion 10 in a spaced manner and cooperate with the base portion 10 to form a hollow part 12 and which are fitted into the groove portions 9 for attachment; and a seal portion 13 provided on the front side of the base portion 10 and deformed by abutment with the door 6 to seal the space between the base section and the door 6 in a sound insulation state. The base portion 10 is provided with a recess 10a as a deformation guiding portion for guiding the base portion 10 so as to be deformed in a middle convex shape toward the seal portion 13 when the leg portions 11 are pushed into the groove portions 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】戸当たり８の溝部９に取付固定されて閉じ状態のドア６との間を遮音する防音用パッキンＰの溝部９内への押込み不足をなくすとともに、パッキンＰの基部１０の幅方向両端部が溝部９両側の戸当たり８表面から浮き上がるのを防いで見映えの向上を図る。【解決手段】防音用パッキンＰは、溝部９の開口を覆うように配置される板状の基部１０と、基部１０の幅方向中間部の裏側に、該基部１０とによって中空部分１２を形成するように互いに離間した状態で一体に接続され、溝部９に嵌合されて取り付けられる脚部１１と、基部１０の表側に設けられ、ドア６との当接により変形して該ドア６との間を遮音状態にシールするシール部１３とを備える。基部１０には、脚部１１が溝部９に押し込まれたときに基部１０がシール部１３に向かって中凸形状に変形するように誘導する変形誘導部としての凹条１０ａが設けられている。【選択図】図３
