    To enable a door to be unlocked with an appropriate authentication method.SOLUTION: An unlocking system including an unlocking device and a terminal device is characterized in that the terminal device receives authentication method information indicating an authentication method from the unlocking device (S1002), executes authentication on the basis of any authentication method included in the authentication method information, and transmits an unlocking request to the unlocking device (S1014) when the authentication is successful (S1008), and the unlocking device unlocks a predetermined lock when the unlocking request is received from the terminal device (S1020).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】適切な認証方法によりドアの解錠を行うことができる。【解決手段】解錠装置と、端末装置とを含む解錠システムであって、端末装置は、前記解錠装置から認証方式を示す認証方式情報を受信し（Ｓ１００２）、前記認証方式情報に含まれていた何れかの認証方式に基づいて認証を実行し、前記認証が成功した場合には（Ｓ１００８）、前記解錠装置に解錠要求を送信し（Ｓ１０１４）、前記解錠装置は、前記端末装置から解錠要求を受信した場合には所定の錠の解錠を行う（Ｓ１０２０）ことを特徴とする。【選択図】図３
