UNLOCKING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, UNLOCKING MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, UNLOCKING MANAGEMENT METHOD, UNLOCKING AUTHORIZATION TERMINAL, CONTROL PROGRAM FOR UNLOCKING AUTHORIZATION TERMINAL, AND CONTROL METHOD FOR UNLOCKING AUTHORIZATION TERMINAL
To provide a secure and highly usable unlocking management system that allows users to communicate with each other when unlocking an electronic lock.SOLUTION: An unlocking management system includes: a storage unit that associates and stores an administrator of an unlockable object that can be unlocked via a network and an unlocking authorized person; a receiving unit that receives an unlock request and location information of a terminal that has transmitted the unlock request; transmitting unit, which, upon transmission of the unlocking request from an unlocking permission terminal, transmits unlock request information indicating that the unlock request is transmitted from the unlocking permission terminal and position information of the unlocking permission terminal in an associated manner to an administration terminal corresponding to the administrator; and a creation unit that creates unlocking information for unlocking the object to be unlocked, which is displayed on a display screen of the unlocking permission terminal responding to selection operation information at the administration terminal. The unlocking request information, the position information and the unlocking information are displayed in a predetermined message screen used for exchanging messages between the administrator and the unlocking permission terminal, at least on the display of the unlocking permission terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
