STEEL PIPE PILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR REPAIRING FOUNDATION
To provide a steel pipe foundation pile in which upper and lower steel pipe piles are securely united by means of accurate work and inspection for welded areas regarding a joint part of steel pipe piles subject to jack-up press-in type steel pipe pile construction.SOLUTION: A steel pipe pile construction method for installing a hydraulic jack C between a steel pipe 1 and a building foundation bottom, operating the hydraulic jack to press in the steel pipe underground by utilizing a reaction force of the weight of a building and setting up a foundation A using a multistep steel pipe, is characterized by including forming an enlarged part on the upper end portion of a pipe pile, engaging an enlarged part of a steel pipe at a lower stage with the lower end portion of a steel pipe at an upper stage, and welding the periphery of the lower end portion of the steel pipe at an upper stage and the enlarged part of the steel pipe at a lower stage, thereby forming a steel pipe foundation pile in which the upper and lower steel pipes are connected and united.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ジャッキアップ圧入式鋼管杭施工にあたり鋼管杭の連結部について、溶接個所の確実な作業・確実な検査により、上下の鋼管杭を確実に一体化した鋼管基礎杭を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管1と建築物基礎底との間に油圧ジャッキCを設置し、油圧ジャッキを操作することで家屋の自重の反力を利用して鋼管に土中に圧入して、多段の鋼管により基礎杭Aを構成する鋼管杭施工法において、管杭の上端部に拡大部を形成し、下段の鋼管の拡大部と上段の鋼管の下端部とを係合させ、上段の鋼管の下端部の周囲と、下段の鋼管の拡大部とを溶接することにより、上下の鋼管を接続して一体化して鋼管基礎杭とすることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
