To provide a steel rod stopper and a steel rod stopper fitting structure that concentrate damage on an expansion spacing part of the steel rod stopper by making a diameter of at least part of an embedding part of the steel rod stopper be longer than that of the expansion spacing part, to make it possible to suppress damage of concrete of a structure in which the embedding part of the steel rod stopper is embedded and easily and rapidly perform work of recovering the structure.SOLUTION: A steel rod stopper composed of a round steel bar having a lower end that at least is to be embedded in a substructure and an upper end that at least is to be embedded in a superstructure placed on the substructure comprises: an expansion spacing part exposed to a gap between the substructure and the superstructure; and embedding parts to be embedded in the substructure and the superstructure, where a diameter of at least part of the embedding parts is longer than that of the expansion spacing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
