To concentrate damage on an expansion spacing part of a stopper by making at least part of an embedding part of the stopper be made of a double filled steel tube, to make it possible to suppress damage of concrete of a structure in which the embedding part of the stopper is embedded and easily and rapidly perform work of recovering the structure.SOLUTION: A stopper composed of a filled steel tube having a lower end that at least is to be embedded in a substructure and an upper end that at least is to be embedded in a superstructure placed on the substructure comprises: an expansion spacing part exposed to a gap between the substructure and the superstructure; and embedding parts to be embedded in the substructure and the superstructure, where at least part of the embedding parts is a double filled steel tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
