QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF GROUND IMPROVEMENT BODY, AND GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD
To provide a technology capable of managing a whole quality of a soil improvement body in real time.SOLUTION: A quality management system 30 of a ground improvement body comprises: sample intake means 32 taking in sludge 24 discharged in construction of an improvement body 26 or an unconsolidated improvement body of the improvement body 26 as a sample; determination means 40; a specific gravity measuring device 34 measuring specific gravity of the sample and outputting a measurement result to the determination means 40; a viscosity measuring device 36 measuring viscosity of the sample and outputting a measurement result to the determination means 40; a component analysis device 38 measuring component of the sample and outputting a measurement result to the determination means 40; and set information storage means 42 storing management values that are acceptance determination criteria respectively for each measurement item of specific gravity, viscosity and component of the sample. The determination means 40 performs a processing of determining acceptance for each measurement item by comparing measurement result of each measurement item with the management value, and outputting determination results via a display 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】地盤改良体の品質全般を、リアルタイムに管理できる技術の提供。【解決手段】改良体26の造成時に排出される排泥24、または改良体26の未固結改良体を試料として取り込む試料取込手段32と、判定手段40と、試料の比重を計測し、計測結果を判定手段40に出力する比重計測装置34と、試料の粘度を計測し、計測結果を判定手段40に出力する粘性計測装置36と、試料の成分を計測し、計測結果を判定手段40に出力する成分分析装置38と、試料の比重、粘度、成分の各計測項目について、それぞれの合否判定基準となる管理値を格納しておく設定情報記憶手段42を備え、判定手段40は、各計測項目の計測結果と管理値を比較し、計測項目毎に合否を判定すると共に、判定結果をディスプレイ46を介して出力する処理を実行する地盤改良体の品質管理システム30。【選択図】図3
