FOUNDATION FORMWORK STRUCTURE FOR HOUSE AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING FOUNDATION FORMWORK
To solve the problem in which a conventional foundation formwork is heavyweight and long so that work efficiency in carrying or construction is poor, and work efficiency becomes poorer when reuse work is added; the use of foamed resin materials has been proposed, however, there are problems with installation and removal work.SOLUTION: Inside and outside heat insulation frame plates made of a formed resin material are positioned upright at a certain height from the ground surface while the thickness of a foundation concrete frame body is maintained. The inside heat insulation frame plate is positioned upright at a certain height on a foundation concrete base installed on a concrete ground surface. The lower half part of the outside heat insulation frame plate abuts on an outer end surface of the foundation concrete base, and the upper half part of the outside heat insulation frame plate protrudes from the ground surface. The foundation concrete frame body is formed by concrete installation between the inside and outside heat insulation frame plates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の基礎型枠は、重量物でかつ長尺であるため搬入や構築の作業効率が悪く、再利用の作業が加わると、作業効率が更に悪化するという問題があった。発泡樹脂材利用の提案はされているが、設置作業及び撤去作業に問題がある。【解決手段】地上面から一定高さで、発泡樹脂素材の内外側断熱型板を基礎コンクリート枠体の厚みを保持して立設し、内側断熱型板はコンクリート地上面に打設した基礎コンクリート土台上に一定高さに立設し、外側断熱型板は下半分を基礎コンクリート土台の外端面に当接すると共に、上半分を地上面に突出し、内外側断熱型板間にコンクリート打設による基礎コンクリート枠体を形成するよう構成した。【選択図】図1
