To provide a formwork, foundation, and method for constructing foundations that can easily construct a structure that is positioned in a formwork while simplifying the structure of the formwork that is formed by combining a plurality of cylindrical materials.SOLUTION: A formwork of the present invention includes a cylindrical body that is composed of a plate material, and at least one restraint material that connects two locations on one edge of the cylindrical body.
