LOWER TRAVELING STRUCTURE OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
To provide a lower traveling structure of a construction machine, on which a swivel joint and a traveling motor are connected through a lower piping, preventing damage on the lower piping and facilitating maintenance work.SOLUTION: Clamp means 4 supporting a lower piping 8 is arranged on a traveling structure body 21. The clamp means 4 comprise a pair of clamping members 40 clamping the lower piping 8, where one of them is a fixed clamping member 41 fixed on a lower traveling structure 20, and the other one is composed of a movable clamping member 46 movable relative to the fixed clamping member 41. The movable clamping member 46 is guided through guide means in an approach or separation direction to the fixed clamping member 41. Limiting means 70 is provided to limit traveling of the movable clamping member 46 in order to a connected situation where the fixed clamping member 41 and the movable clamping member 46 are connected through the guide means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】下部配管でスイベルジョイントと走行用モータとが接続された建設機械の下部走行体において、下部配管の損傷を防止するとともにメンテナンス作業をしやすいよう工夫する。【解決手段】下部配管8を走行体本体部21に支持するクランプ手段4を設ける。クランプ手段4は下部配管8を挟み込む一対の挟持部材40からなり、一方が下部走行体20に固定される固定挟持部材41で、他方が固定挟持部材41に対して移動可能な可動挟持部材46で構成される。可動挟持部材46は固定挟持部材41に対してガイド手段によって接近又は離間方向に案内される。固定挟持部材41と可動挟持部材46とはガイド手段によって接続された状態となっていて、その接続状態が維持されるように可動挟持部材46の移動を規制する規制手段70を備える。【選択図】図4
