To provide a water supply maintenance method capable of replacing an old pump group with a new pump group while maintaining the water supply.SOLUTION: A water supply maintenance method comprises: a step of closing a front valve 21 for a pump 61 of a first pump group 61 to 64 and removing the pump 61; a step of arranging the pump 61 outside the first pump group 61 to 64, connecting between a front parallel pipe 11 and the pump 61 by a front bypass pipe 71, connecting between the pump 61 and a water faucet mounting part 139 by a rear bypass pipe 72, and opening the front valve 21; a step of replacing the first pump group 61 to 64 with a second pump group 81 to 84, connecting the pumps 82 to 84 of the second pump group 81 to 84 to a pre-stage valves 22 to 24, and opening the pre-stage valves 22 to 24; a step of removing the pump 61, the front bypass pipe 71, and the rear bypass pipe 72; and a step of connecting the remaining pump 81 of the second pump group 81 to 84 to the front valve 21 and opening the front valve 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
