METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING MOUNTING MEMBER FOR MOUNTING ROOF TOP INSTALLATION OBJECT AND FIXING STRUCTURE OF MOUNTING MEMBER
To provide a method of constructing a mounting member for mounting a roof top installation object capable of preventing an increase in cost, and a fixing structure of the mounting member.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of constructing a mounting member for mounting a roof top installation object, comprising a step of waterproof processing for mounting a first waterproof material 10 on an end of a cylindrical column member 11, a step of auxiliary member adhesion for adhering an auxiliary member 12 having elasticity on an outer peripheral surface of the column member 11, a step of through hole formation for forming a through hole 2a on a roof surface material 2, a step of insertion for inserting the column member 11 into a through hole 2a from above and placing the column member 11 on a structure 1, a step of caulking for applying a caulking material 13 across the column member 11 and the roof surface material 2, and a step of fixing for placing a mounting member 16 to which a roof top installation object 3 is mounted interposing with a second waterproof material 14 at an upper end of the column member 11, screwing and fixing a fixing screw 15 into the structure 1 from above.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コストの増加を抑制させることが可能な屋根上設置物を取付けるための取付部材の施工方法、及び、取付部材の固定構造を提供する。【解決手段】屋根上設置物を取付けるための取付部材の施工方法として、筒状の支柱部材１１の端部に第一防水材１０を取付ける防水処理工程と、支柱部材１１の外周面に弾性を有した補助部材１２を貼り付ける補助部材貼付工程と、屋根表面材２に貫通孔２ａを形成する貫通孔形成工程と、支柱部材１１を上方から貫通孔２ａに挿通して構造体１に載置する挿入工程と、支柱部材１１と屋根表面材２とに跨るようにコーキング材１３を施すコーキング工程と、支柱部材１１の上端に第二防水材１４を間にして屋根上設置物３が取付けられる取付部材１６を載置して上方から構造体１に固定ビス１５をねじ込んで固定する固定工程と、を具備させる。【選択図】図１
