To reliably transmit vehicle information that has to be reported to a user.SOLUTION: A vehicle information provision device includes: a bringing-in detection section for detecting a fact that a key device for enabling a vehicle to be in a starting state has been brought in within a predetermined range on an outer side of a vehicle; a communication section 45 constituted to be communicable with a vehicle so as to receive vehicle information that has been transmitted from a vehicle and has to be reported to a user; and a notification section 44 for notifying of vehicle information received by the communication section 45 when the bringing-in detection section detects bringing-in of the key device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
