To provide a townscape structure in allotment properties for sale ensuring security by limiting approach of cars other than residents to a collective parking lot from a connected roads while ensuring access convenience of the residents between the collective parking lot and each of residences as well as ensuring security by limiting the approach of the cars other than the residents from the connected road to each of residences.SOLUTION: A townscape structure is provided with: a collective parking lot 4 positioned approximately in a center part of a plot 3; a road area 5 positioned around the collective parking lot 4; a plurality of apartment houses 6 positioned adjacent to the road area 5; a vehicle gate 9M installed to face a connected road 1 between the connected road 1 adjacent to the plot 3 and the collective parking lot 4; and resident gates 9N and 9S installed to face the connected road 1 between the connected road 1 and a road area 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】集合住宅棟の分譲地において、接道から各住宅への居住者以外のアプローチを制限してセキュリティーを確保するとともに、集合駐車場と各住宅との間の居住者のアクセスの利便性も確保しながら、接道から集合駐車場への居住者以外の車両のアプローチを制限してセキュリティーを確保した街並構造を提供する。【解決手段】敷地３のほぼ中央に配置された集合駐車場４と、その集合駐車場４の周囲に配置された通路領域５と、その通路領域５に隣接して配置された複数の集合住宅棟６と、前記敷地３に隣接する接道１と集合駐車場４との間において接道１に面して設置された車両用ゲート９Ｍと、接道１と通路領域４との間において接道１に面して設置された居住者用ゲート９Ｎ・９Ｓと、を備える街並構造。【選択図】図１
