To provide a townscape structure for reassuring a security by restricting an approach except for by a resident from a road into each residence and while reassuring convenience of an access of the resident between a collective parking and each residence reassuring a security by restricting an approach of a vehicle except for by the resident from the road into the collective parking at a subdivision of a collective residence block.SOLUTION: A townscape structure comprises a passage area 5S, 5N arranged in a site 3 and a gate for residents 9N, 9S arranged to face a road 1 between the road 1 adjacent to the site 3 and the passage area, the gate for residents 9N, 9S has a width through which a vehicle can pass and comprises a pair of right and left closing doors, one of the pair of right and left closing doors comprises a closing lock openable from both of the passage area side and the road 1 side and the other of the pair of right and left closing doors comprises a closing lock openable only from the passage area side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】集合住宅棟の分譲地において、接道から各住宅への居住者以外のアプローチを制限してセキュリティーを確保するとともに、集合駐車場と各住宅との間の居住者のアクセスの利便性も確保しながら、接道から集合駐車場への居住者以外の車両のアプローチを制限してセキュリティーを確保した街並構造を提供する。【解決手段】敷地３に配置された通路領域５Ｓ・５Ｎと、敷地３に隣接する接道１と通路領域との間において接道１に面して設置された居住者用ゲート９Ｎ・９Ｓと、を備える街並構造であって、居住者用ゲート９Ｎ・９Ｓは、車両の通行が可能な幅を有しており、左右一対の開閉扉を備え、左右一対の開閉扉の一方は、通路領域側及び接道１側の両方から開錠可能な開閉錠を備え、左右一対の開閉扉の他方は、通路領域側からのみ開錠可能な開閉錠を備えている。【選択図】図１
