To provide an electric bicycle parking device which does not require frequent maintenance management, which automatically performs a rotation operation of an inclined plate, which is easy and safe for a user.SOLUTION: An electric bicycle parking device 1 is constituted by: a support pillar 2 standing on a floor surface G; a bicycle parking rack 3 where a bicycle is placed; a bicycle parking rack lifting mechanism 4 for moving up/down the bicycle parking rack 3; an inclined plate rotation mechanism 5 for rotating the inclined plate 34; a control device 7 for executing, controlling the operation of moving up/down of the bicycle parking rack 3; and an operation device for commanding the operation of moving up/down of the bicycle parking rack 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
