To provide a dry floor structure having excellent workability and a construction method thereof, and a seal dry floor panel and a previously laminated dry floor panel forming the dry floor structure.SOLUTION: A dry floor structure 100 is provided with previously laminated dry floor panels 10 arranged between right and left of a floor beam 30 with a gap G between them and a seal dry floor panel 20 arranged in the gap G. The previously laminated dry floor panel 10 is provided with a deck plate 5, a hard thermal insulation material 7 arranged on the deck plate 5, and a floor surface material 8 arranged on the hard thermal insulation material 7. The seal dry floor panel 20 is provided with the deck plate 5, the hard thermal insulation material 7 arranged on the deck plate 5, and the floor surface material 8 arranged on the hard thermal insulation material 7. A plurality of holes 8a for suspension fixtures in a wider surface of the floor surface material 8 of the seal dry floor panel 20 are arranged and a soft thermal insulation material 9 is arranged at least at a lower position corresponding to the hole 8a for the suspension fixture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
