To improve the degree of freedom for wiring routing when constituting a floor surface of a building using a plurality of floor panels.SOLUTION: A floor panel 4 has a rectangle planar shape having a pair of first sides 41 extending in a predetermined first direction D1 and a pair of second sides 42 extending in a second direction D2 orthogonal to the first direction D1. A plurality of first grooves 44 which extend across an entire length of the first direction D1 and open upward, and at least one second groove 45 which extends across the entire length of the second direction D2, opens upward, and intersects with the first grooves 44 are formed on a top face 43 of the floor panel 4. The plurality of first grooves 44 are disposed along peripheries of the pair of first sides 41 and include a pair of first peripheral grooves 441 having a shape opening in a direction in which an end face of the second direction D2 faces on the floor panel 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
