To provide a technology capable of properly offering cleanability of a toilet bowl body when a back surface of a toilet seat and an inner surface of a toilet bowl part of the toilet bowl body are washed.SOLUTION: A toilet seat unit comprises a functional device 20 that is installed in a toilet bowl body 14, and a toilet seat 22 that is rotatably attached to the functional device 20. The functional device 20 has a casing 26 that is provided separately from the toilet seat 22 and rotatably attached to the toilet bowl body. The casing 26 can be rotated to expose a part of a top surface part of the toilet bowl body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
