To provide a waterproof sheet attaching and reinforcing component, a waterproof sheet repair structure and a waterproof sheet repair method for stacking and attaching a new waterproof sheet to an existing waterproof sheet whose edge portion is attached to an upper surface portion of a parapet.SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet attaching and reinforcing component 65 for stacking and attaching a new waterproof sheet 67 to an existing waterproof sheet (first waterproof sheet 52, second waterproof sheet 53) whose edge portion is attached to an upper surface portion B of a parapet 30 comprises: a horizontal portion 65a substantially horizontally disposed between the edge portion of the existing waterproof sheet (first waterproof sheet 52, second waterproof sheet 53) and the new waterproof sheet 67; and a slope portion 65b extending from the horizontal portion 65a toward an outside of the parapet 30 and obliquely downwardly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
