To provide a manufacturing method that can obtain a ceramic joint body with high yield without need for severe control of manufacturing condition when manufacturing a ceramic joint body repeatedly, and that can further produce a ceramic joint body having fine ornamental design with high yield.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of ceramic joint body includes: a molding process of molding a primary molded body having a concavity and made of ceramic powder, and a ceramic powder with a different composition from the primary molded body to obtain a secondary molded body; and a firing process of applying firing treatment and hot hydrostatic pressure treatment to the secondary molded body.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】セラミックス接合体を繰返し製造する場合において、製造条件の厳しい制御を必須とすることなく、セラミックス接合体が高い歩留まりで得られる製造方法、更には微細な意匠を有するセラミックス接合体が高い歩留まりで製造することができる製造方法を提供することにある。【解決手段】凹部を有しセラミックス粉末からなる一次成形体と、該一次成形体と組成の異なるセラミックス粉末とを成形して二次成形体を得る成形工程、並びに、該二次成形体を焼成処理及び熱間静水圧処理する焼成工程、を有するセラミックス接合体の製造方法。【選択図】 なし
