To provide a stepladder work condition determination system capable of performing safety education and accident analysis with respect to an operator, by utilizing data of an inclined angle measured during the use of an installed stepladder.SOLUTION: A stepladder work condition determination system 10 which determines the work condition of a stepladder operator based on an inclination angle at each time during the use of an installed stepladder includes: time by risk degree calculation means 11 for calculating the time by a plurality of risk degrees from a predetermined threshold value according to the plurality of risk degrees and an inclination angle at each time; and risk degree scoring means 12 for scoring the work condition of the stepladder operator based on the calculated time by the plurality of risk degrees.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
