To provide a stepladder work situation determination system capable of performing safety education with respect to an operator and accident analysis, by utilizing data of the center of gravity in a plane measured while the installed stepladder was in use.SOLUTION: A stepladder work situation determination system 10 which determines work situation of a stepladder operator based on the center of gravity of a plane at each time while the installed stepladder is in use includes: degree of risk by time calculation means 11 for calculating the time according to each of a plurality of degrees of risk from a threshold value predetermined according to the plurality of degrees of risk and the center of gravity in the plane at each time; and degree of risk scoring means 12 for scoring the work situation of the stepladder operator based on the calculated time according to each of the plurality of degrees of risk.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
