To provide a decorative sheet and a decorative material having flexibility having no generation of crack even with wrapping or bending processing on a decorative sheet, and having weather resistance with less reduction of designability even when exposed to ultraviolet or weather for long time.SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative sheet 11 having a surface protective layer 7 on at least one surface, the surface protective layer a resin layer containing an acryl polyol resin composition as a main component, and to which an urethane bond is added by using a curing agent in an HDI-based isocyanurate modified form, and having Martens hardness of 50 to 80 N/mm, thickness of 2 to 20 μm, and total thickness of the decorative sheet of 40 to 300 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】化粧シートをラッピングや折り曲げ加工してもクラックを生じる事がない柔軟性を備え、且つ紫外線や風雨に長期間晒されても意匠性の低下が少ない耐候性を備えた化粧シートおよび化粧材を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】少なくとも一方の面に表面保護層７を有する化粧シート１１において、表面保護層が、アクリルポリオール系樹脂組成物を主成分とし、ＨＤＩ系イソシアヌレート変性形態の硬化剤を用いてウレタン結合を付与した樹脂層であり、且つそのマルテンス硬さが５０〜８０Ｎ／ｍｍ２であり、且つ厚さが２〜２０μｍであり、化粧シートの総厚が、４０〜３００μｍであることを特徴とする化粧シート。【選択図】図１
