PROTECTIVE FILM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
To provide a protective film which is obtained by using a resin including thermoplastic polyurethane, is excellent in stain resistance, impact resistance and constructability, is further excellent in sticking characteristics and has a suppressed adhesive residue.SOLUTION: A protective film 10 is provide that comprises: a base material film 11 formed of a resin including thermoplastic polyurethane; an impact-resistance imparting layer 15 formed on a first surface side of the base material film; and an adhesive layer 13 formed, on a side opposite to the base material film surface, of the impact-resistance imparting layer, the base material film has a surface layer 12 in which the thermoplastic polyurethane and a curable resin composition are mixed, on a second surface side on a side opposite to the first surface, and the curable resin composition contains at least one fluorine compound selected from the group consisting of fluorosilsesquioxane and a fluorosilsesquioxane polymer, and a curable resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含む樹脂を用いた保護フィルムであって、耐汚染性、耐衝撃性、施工性に優れ、さらに、貼り付け特性に優れ、かつ、糊残りが抑制された保護フィルムの提供。【解決手段】熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含む樹脂で形成された基材フィルム11と、基材フィルムの第一の面側に形成された耐衝撃性付与層15と、耐衝撃性付与層の基材フィルム面側と反対側に形成された粘着層13とを備える保護フィルム10であって、基材フィルムは、第一の面の反対側の第二の面側に、熱可塑性ポリウレタンと硬化性樹脂組成物が混在した表面層12を有し、硬化性樹脂組成物は、フルオロシルセスキオキサン及びフルオロシルセスキオキサン重合体からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種のフッ素化合物と、硬化性樹脂を含有する。【選択図】図1
