To provide a heat insulating panel structure capable of most efficiently exhibiting heat insulating performance, a liquefied gas storage container, a method for manufacturing the heat insulating panel structure, and a method for manufacturing a liquefied gas storage container.SOLUTION: A heat insulating panel structure according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a frame member forming four sides; a base part having a surface surrounded by the frame member; a heat insulating layer part formed by alternately laminating one or more of each of a heat insulating sheet material arranged on the base part and capable of being spread in a sheet and a spacer material having almost the same surface area as that of the heat insulating sheet material; and pivot parts that pivotally supports the surface of the base part and the heat insulating layer in a direction substantially orthogonal to the surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
