TSUNAMI BARRIER GATE
To provide a tsunami barrier gate that closes with the power of waves such as a tsunami and high tide, and opens with its own weight at the end of tsunami and high tide.SOLUTION: In a tsunami barrier gate 10, a water channel opening 2 of a breakwater 1 can rotate around a support shaft 11 provided at a lower portion of the water channel opening 2 between an open position where a gate body 12 has landed on a seabed outside a bay and a closed position where the gate body 12 abuts stoppers 7B, 8B on both sides of the water channel opening 2 in a vertical posture. The gate body 12 has a semicylindrical tank portion 16 capable of gravitational pouring and drainage, and a closing operation arm portion 14 vertically attached to a distal end side of the gate body 12. At the closed position of the tsunami barrier gate 10, the center of gravity of the tsunami barrier gate 10 is located outside the bay from an axis of the support shaft 11 and above the axis of the support shaft 11. When the pressing force that presses the gate body 12 against the stoppers 7B, 8B is released, the tsunami barrier gate 10 rotates toward its open position by its own weight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 津波や高潮など波の力で閉門し、津波や高潮などの終息で自重で開門する防津波水門を提供する。【解決手段】 防津波水門10は、防波堤1の水路開口部2を湾外の海底に水門本体12が着底した開門位置から水路開口部2の両側のストッパー部7B、8Bに水門本体12が鉛直姿勢で当接する閉門位置との間を水路開口部2の下部に設けた支持軸11を中心に回転可能とし、水門本体12は自然注排水が可能なかまぼこ型タンク部16と、水門本体12の先端側に垂直に取り付けられた閉門作動アーム部14とを有し、防津波水門10の閉門位置で、防津波水門10の重心位置を支持軸11の軸心より湾外で、支持軸11の軸心よりも上方に位置し、水門本体12をストッパー部7B、8Bに押し付ける押し付け力が解除されると、防津波水門10が自重で開門位置に向けて回転する。【選択図】 図1
