PILE AND METHOD FOR REMOVING UPPER PILE
To provide a pile and a method for removing an upper pile that has a simple structure, has sufficient strength against shearing, is inexpensive to manufacture, and can be easily removed from the upper side after being installed in the ground.SOLUTION: The vicinity of a lower end of a flange 5 of an upper pile 1 is brought into contact with a shear plate 33 fixed in parallel with a flange 7 near an upper end of the flange 7 of a lower pile 3 of a pile 39. Moreover, long bolt 41 is passed through a pair of joining plates 4 in which an upper pile lower plate 15 on a lower end surface of the upper pile 1 and a lower pile upper plate 17 on an upper end surface of the lower pile 3 are overlapped, and an upper pile upper plate provided in the upper pile 1 above the upper pile lower plate 15. A lower end 45 of the long bolt 41 is screwed into a nut 31 of the lower pile upper plate 17 to temporarily fix the upper pile 1 and the lower pile 3. In order to remove the upper pile 1 of the buried pile 39, the upper pile upper plate is exposed, the temporary fixing of the long bolt 41 to the nut 31 is released, and the upper pile 1 is pulled up to the ground side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】簡易な構造でせん断に対して十分な耐力を有し、製作費が安価であり、地中に設置した後に上側を容易に撤去できる杭および上杭の撤去方法を提供する。【解決手段】杭39の下杭3のフランジ7の上端付近にフランジ7と平行に固定されたせん断プレート33に、上杭1のフランジ5の下端付近を当接させる。また、上杭1の下端面の上杭下プレート15と下杭3の上端面の下杭上プレート17とを重ねた一対の接合プレート4と、上杭下プレート15より上方において上杭1に設けられた上杭上プレートとに長ボルト41を貫通させ、長ボルト41の下端部45を下杭上プレート17のナット31に螺合させて、上杭1と下杭3とを仮固定する。埋設された杭39の上杭1を撤去するには、上杭上プレートを露出させ、ナット31への長ボルト41の仮固定を解除して、上杭1を地上側に引き上げる。【選択図】図3
