The invention discloses a cast-in-place pile pile head removing method based on BIM and relates to the technical field of pile heads of cast-in-place piles. A cast-in-place pile construction structurecomprises a cast-in-place pile body. A pile head removal auxiliary device is arranged on the top of the cast-in-place pile body. The top of the pile head removal auxiliary device is provided with a pile head. PVC sleeves and embedded lifting hooks are arranged on the top of the pile head in a penetrating manner. Longitudinal reinforcing steel bars are arranged on the PVC sleeves in a penetratingmanner. According to the cast-in-place pile pile head removing method based on BIM, by the adoption of the BIM technology and by means of cooperative use of the pile head removal auxiliary device, construction personnel have clear understanding about the whole construction progress, the error rate of the construction personnel is greatly reduced, and meanwhile pile head removal is effectively conducted; in this way, under the condition of saving cost, the quality of the cast-in-place pile body and the reinforcing steel bars is guaranteed; and meanwhile, the pile head removal auxiliary device can be repeatedly used, and therefore the construction cost is well guaranteed.
