INSTALLATION METHOD FOR COFFERDAM STRUCTURE USED IN BRIDGE PIER MAINTENANCE AND STRENGTHENING WORKS
To provide an installation method for a cofferdam structure used in bridge pier maintenance and strengthening works, which can clean the top of a bed protection without requiring underwater works of divers during the cofferdam structure being placed on the bed protection at the bottom of a bridge pier.SOLUTION: A cylindrical cofferdam structure 3 is built surrounding the outer periphery of an unsubmerged part of a bridge pier 1. The cofferdam structure 3 is fitted with a plurality of jetting parts 5 on its peripheral wall 4, which jet high-pressure water downward in the cofferdam structure 3. While the cofferdam structure 3 is lowered into the water under the bridge, high-pressure water is jetted from the plurality of jetting parts 5 blowing away the deposit 6 piled on a bed protection 2 at the bottom part of the bridge pier 1, and the bottom part of the cofferdam structure 3 is settled on the bed protection 2. A cutoff means 7 is applied to the gap between the lower part of the cofferdam structure 3 and the bed protection 2, and the water 8 in the cofferdam structure 3 is discharged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】仮締切り構造体を橋脚下部の護床部に載置設置する際に、潜水士による水中作業を要することなく護床部上を掃除できる橋脚補修・補強工事に用いる仮締切り構造体の設置工法を提供すること。【解決手段】非水没箇所で橋脚1の外周を囲むように設置される筒状の仮締切り構造体3を構築し、仮締切り構造体3は、周壁部4に高圧水を仮締切り構造体3の下方に向かって噴射する噴射部5を複数設け、仮締切り構造体3を橋下の水中に降下させながら複数の噴射部5から高圧水を噴射して、橋脚1下部の護床部2上に堆積している堆積物6を吹き飛ばしつつ仮締切り構造体3の下部を護床部2上に載置し、仮締切り構造体3下部と護床部2との間の隙間を止水手段7で止水し、仮締切り構造体3内の水8を排水する。【選択図】図4
