To provide an information processing method, information processing device, and information processing system capable of achieving both of rapid emergency handling and maintenance of a high security level.SOLUTION: A biological information reception section 211 acquires biological information of an object person inside a residence and position information indicating a location of the object person. A safety confirmation determination section 231 determines whether safety confirmation of an object person is necessary or not based on biological information. An emergency signal transmission section 212 refers to a storage section 22 when it is determined that safety confirmation of an object person is necessary, and transmits an emergency signal that includes a location of an object person and requests safety confirmation of the object person to a terminal device possessed by at least one rushing candidate existing in the neighborhood of a location of the object person indicated by the acquired position information. A password issuance request signal transmission section 215 transmits a password issuance request signal for requesting issuance of a password to allow at least one rushing candidate to unlock an electric lock to a key management device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
