To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, and an information processing system for providing technology that can utilize roads more efficiently.SOLUTION: In an information processing device according to the present disclosure, when a moving body that is scheduled to pass through a predetermined road section is detected, a type of the detected moving body is identified. As a result, the amount of traffic plan for each type of the moving body that is scheduled to pass in the predetermined road section is calculated. Then, the number and/or type of lanes formed in the predetermined road section are set based on the amount of traffic plan for each type of the moving body that is scheduled to pass in the predetermined road section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
