PILE HEAD REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE AND PILE HEAD REINFORCEMENT UNIT
To provide a pile head reinforcement structure and a pile head reinforcement unit that can ensure a stress transfer effect and an anchorage force sufficiently and can improve quality of construction around a pile head to ensure structural strength properly by reducing a risk of interference with an arrangement of bar buried in a basement as well as enduring a high intensity/high quality weld joint as a pile head reinforcement structure.SOLUTION: A structure comprises a plate for stress transfer 5 conducting stress transfer between a pile head and a plate-like material having plate-like materials 4 arranged at a circumferential direction of the pile head with an appropriate interval protruding to a lateral direction of an outer peripheral surface 2a of a pile head 2 with a longitudinal posture in a direction outward to a radial direction of the pile head, a first junction 13 jointing to the pile head, and a second junction 9 jointing the plate-like material, an open hole 7 formed in the plate-like material, and a projection 8 projecting to the circumferential direction of the pile head around the open hole in the plate-like material, the second junction fits into concave recesses 10, 14 formed in the plate-like material and the plate for stress transfer, and is comprised of a weld junction along the concave recess.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】応力伝達作用及び定着力を十分に確保することが可能であって、基礎中に埋設される配筋と干渉が生じるおそれを低減できると共に、杭頭補強構造として、高強度・高品質の溶接接合を確保できるようにすることで杭頭部周りの施工上の品質を向上することが可能で、構造強度を適切に確保できる杭頭補強構造及び杭頭補強ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】杭頭部2の外周面2a側方に、杭頭部の径方向外方へ上下方向縦向きの姿勢で突出させて、杭頭部の周方向に適宜間隔を隔てて配列される板状材4と、杭頭部と接合される第1接合部13及び板状材と接合される第2接合部9を有し、杭頭部と板状材との間で応力伝達する応力伝達用板材5と、板状材に形成した貫通孔7と、板状材に貫通孔周りに杭頭部の周方向へ突設された突出部8とを備え、第2接合部は、板状材及び応力伝達用板材に形成した凹状溝10,14を嵌合し、凹状溝に沿う溶接接合で構成される。【選択図】図1
