PILE HEAD REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head reinforcement structure capable of: securing sufficient stress conveyance capability and fastening force; reducing a possibility of interference with a reinforcing bar embedded in a foundation; and enhancing construction work quality around a pile head part by reducing a number of welding processes and securing appropriate structural strength, as the pile head reinforcement structure.SOLUTION: A pile head reinforcement structure includes: a plurality of plate-form materials 4 protruded outward in a radial direction of a pile head part 2 laterally on an outer peripheral surface 2a of the pile head part, in a lengthwise posture in a vertical direction, the plate-form materials being provided in a circumferential direction of the pile head part leaving an appropriate interval: a stress conveyance member 5 for conveying stress between the pile head part and the plate-form material, the stress conveyance member having an inner side edge 5b connected to the pile head part and a plate surface 5a connected to the plate-form material, for connecting the plate-form material to the pile head part; a through-hole 6 formed to pierce through the plate-form material in a plate thickness direction; and a protrusion 7 protruded on the plate-form material, from a plate surface 4a thereof around the through-hole. The plate-form material and the stress conveyance member are embedded in foundation concrete C cast around the pile head part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】応力伝達作用及び定着力を十分に確保することが可能であって、基礎中に埋設される配筋と干渉が生じるおそれを低減できると共に、杭頭補強構造として、溶接工数を削減することで杭頭部周りの施工上の品質を向上することが可能で、構造強度を適切に確保できる杭頭補強構造を提供する。【解決手段】杭頭部2の外周面2a側方に杭頭部の径方向外方へ上下方向縦向きの姿勢で突出させて、当該杭頭部の周方向に適宜間隔を隔てて設けられた複数の板状材4と、板状材を杭頭部に接合するために、杭頭部と接合される内側端縁5b及び板状材と接合される板面5aを有して、杭頭部と板状材との間で応力伝達する応力伝達部材5と、板状材に、その板厚方向に貫通形成された貫通孔6と、板状材に、その板面4aから貫通孔周りに突設された突出部7とを備え、板状材と応力伝達部材とが、杭頭部周りに打設される基礎コンクリートC中に埋設されている。【選択図】図1
