WATERPROOF SHUTTER
To provide a waterproof shutter capable of reliably ensuring water stop function without depending on installation mode by enabling a horizontal compression mechanism to operate from a position that does not interfere with the shutter curtain lifting path even if it is a so-called external shutter.SOLUTION: The waterproof shutter comprises: a shutter curtain that opens and closes the building opening; left and right guide frames 2 that accept both edges in the width direction of the shutter curtain; a horizontal compression mechanism (horizontal pressing member 23) provided in each guide frame 2, which is configured to horizontally compress both edges in the width direction of the shutter curtain in the fully closed state of the opening; and a manual operation part 8 which is provided on each guide frame 2 being linked to the horizontal compression mechanism so as to operate the horizontal compression mechanism manually.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】いわゆる外付仕様のシャッターであっても、シャッターカーテンの昇降経路と干渉しない位置から水平圧迫機構の作動を可能とすることで、防水シャッターの設置態様等によらず、確実に止水機能を確保する。【解決手段】建物開口部を開閉するシャッターカーテンと、前記シャッターカーテンの幅方向両端部をそれぞれ受け入れる左右のガイド枠２と、各ガイド枠２内に設けられ、開口部全閉状態にあるシャッターカーテンの幅方向両端部を水平方向に圧迫する水平圧迫機構（水平方向押圧部材２３）と、各ガイド枠２に設けられ、前記水平圧迫機構と連動連結されており、前記水平圧迫機構を手動で作動させる手動操作部８とを備えた防水シャッター。【選択図】図９
