To provide a waterproof shutter which includes fireproof and smokeproof performance.SOLUTION: In a waterproof shutter including a shutter curtain 1 constituted by a plurality of panels 2, 3, 4, in panels adjacent to each other vertically of the shutter curtain 1 in a fully closed posture, a water cut-off structure is formed between an indoor side portion of a lower side portion of an upper side panel and an indoor side portion of an upper side portion of a lower side panel. Between the lower side portion of the upper side panel and the upper side portion of the lower side panel, a shiplap structure is formed positioned on the outdoor side of the water cut-off structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
