METHOD FOR ATTACHING/DETACHING WORK DEVICE OF PILE DRIVER
To provide a method for attaching/detaching a work device of a pile driver which can easily attach/detach a work device adopting a rack pinion method.SOLUTION: When a work device 21 is detached, the work device is separated from a base machine 13 in a state in which a lower leader 24 and the work device 21 are integrated with each other by a step of lowering the work device and installing the work device on the ground, a step of releasing a flange connection between an upper leader 23 and the lower leader 24, and a step of operating the work device 21 in a raising direction and lowering the lower leader 24. When the work device 21 is attached, a step of installing the work device 21 in a state of being integrated with the lower leader 24, a step of moving the base machine 13, and making the axis line of the upper leader 23 coincide with the axis line of the lower leader 24, and a step of operating the work device 21 to a lowering direction and raising the lower leader 24, bringing a flange upper surface 24a of the lower leader 24 into contact with a flange lower surface 23a of the upper leader 23, and bonding both of the flanges are performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ラックピニオン方式を採用した作業装置の着脱を容易に行うことができる杭打機の作業装置着脱方法を提供する。【解決手段】作業装置２１を取り外す際には、作業装置を下降させて地上に設置する工程と、上部リーダ２３と下部リーダ２４とのフランジ結合を解除する工程と、作業装置２１を上昇方向に作動させて下部リーダ２４を下降させる工程とによって下部リーダ２４と作業装置２１とを一体化した状態でベースマシン１３から分離し、作業装置２１を取り付ける際には、下部リーダ２４と一体化した状態の作業装置２１を設置する工程と、ベースマシン１３を移動させて上部リーダ２３の軸線と下部リーダ２４の軸線とを一致させる工程と、作業装置２１を下降方向に作動させて下部リーダ２４を上昇させ、上部リーダ２３のフランジ下面２３ａに下部リーダ２４のフランジ上面２４ａを当接させて両フランジを結合する工程とを行う。【選択図】図１
