To provide a toilet bowl cleaning device capable of improving the fixing strength when fixing a lever handle to a rotating shaft member.SOLUTION: The toilet bowl cleaning device 1 includes a tank 2 for storing cleaning water, an opening/closing valve 7 for opening/closing a drain port 21 of the tank 2, and a cleaning operation mechanism unit 8 for operating the opening/closing valve 7, and the cleaning operation mechanism unit 8 has: a rotating shaft member 82 having a first engaging portion 822 and a second engaging portion 821 at one end in the axial direction; a guide member 83 that is formed in a cylindrical shape through which the rotating shaft member 82 is inserted and is engaged with the first engaging portion 822 of the rotation shaft member with the rotating shaft member 82 inserted therethrough; a lever handle 87 for rotating the rotation shaft member 82, which accommodates the guide member 83 and is, on the inner side, engaged with the second engagement portion 821 of the rotating shaft member 82; and a fixing portion 88 that fixes the lever handle 87 to the guide member 83.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
