To provide a toilet bowl cleaning device in which an operating member for operating a functional unit of the toilet bowl cleaning device is not visible to the user when the operation is unnecessary and can be easily operated during the operation.SOLUTION: A toilet bowl cleaning device comprises a washing tank to which washing water is supplied, a tank cover that covers the washing tank, an elevating device that raises and lowers the tank cover between a fixed position and an ascending position located above the fixed position, and an operating member that is placed inside the tank cover to operate a functional part. The operating member is covered by the tank cover at a fixed position of the tank cover and is arranged so as to be operably exposed below the tank cover at the raised position of the tank cover.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
