BOLT FIXING STRUCTURE OF PLATE MEMBER
To provide a bolt fixing structure that can be used when a fixed member such as another die steel is connected by a bolt to a die steel.SOLUTION: A bolt fixing structure of a plate member has a constitution in which: an auxiliary member 1 has a bent part 4 that is U-turned along a side edge of a plate member 9a, and an outer plate part 2 and an inner plate 3 overlapped on both surfaces of the plate member 9a from the bent part 4; the outer plate part 2 and the plate member 9a are formed with open holes 5, 11 passing concentrically to each other; the inner plate 3 is provided with a penetration screw hole 6 to which a bolt 14 passing through the open holes 5, 11 from a side of the outer plate part 2; the plate member 9a is provided with open engaging holes 12a, 12b at a position overlapping the auxiliary member 1; the outer plate part 2 is formed with protrusions 7a, 7b fitted to the open engaging holes 12a, 12b; and the auxiliary member 1 is set in a position to a specified position where the open holes 5, 11 and the penetration screw hole 6 are kept in concentric state when the protrusions 7a, 7b are fitted to the open engaging holes 12a, 12b of the plate member 9a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】型鋼などに別の型鋼などの被取付け部材をボルトによって結合する場合に活用出来るネジ止め部構造を提供する。【解決手段】補助部材1は、板材9aの側縁に沿ってUターンする折曲部4と、この折曲部4から板材9aの両側面に重なる外側板部2と内側板部3を備え、外側板部2と板材9aとに、互いに同心状に貫通する貫通孔5,11が設けられ、内側板部3には、貫通孔5,11を外側板部2側から貫通したボルト14が螺合貫通する貫通ネジ孔6が設けられ、板材9aには、補助部材1と重なる位置に貫通係止孔12a,12bが設けられ、外側板部2に、貫通係止孔12a,12bに嵌合する突起7a,7bが形成され、補助部材1側の突起7a,7bを板材9a側の貫通係止孔12a,12bに嵌合させたとき、貫通孔5,11及び貫通ネジ孔6が同心状態になる定位置に補助部材1が位置決めされる構成。【選択図】図3
