To provide a fixing member and a bolt support structure capable of shortening time required for assembling a bolted member and suppressing an increase in cost.SOLUTION: A fixing member 10 made of an extruded material having a single cross-sectional shape which is used for a bolted member having a male screw portion extending out includes: a flat plate-shaped main body plate 11; an insertion hole 12 penetrating the main body plate 11; a pair of vertical wall portions 13 extending symmetrically from one surface of the main body plate 11 with the insertion hole 12 in between; a pair of extending wall portions 14 extending in a direction away from the insertion holes 12 from respective tips of the pair of vertical wall portions 13, and in a direction away from the main body plate 11; and a pair of guide wall portions 15 that approach to the main body plate 11 from each tip of the pair of extending wall portions 14, being more separated from the main body plate 11 than the vertical wall portion 13, and extend toward the insertion hole 12 from an extension line of the vertical wall portion 13 as well.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
