BOLT CONNECTION STRUCTURE BETWEEN PLATES
To provide a bolt connection structure between plates that can be applied in the case that crest die steels, for example, are connected by one bolt in such a way that they are connected immovably.SOLUTION: An auxiliary member 1 fitted to a strip plate part 10a of a slant crest die steel 10 is provided with a substrate part 2 having a first open hole 8, both right and left folded pieces 6a, 6b holding the strip plate part 10a, and an upper side plate part 5 provided with an open screw hole 9. The strip plate part 10a is provided with a second open hole 12 concentric with the first open hole 8. A strip plate part 11a of a horizontal crest die steel 11 is inserted into the deepest end adjacent to a folding plate part 3 in a clearance 4 between the substrate part 2 and the upper side plate part 5. The strip plate part 11a is provided with a third open hole 13 positioned in a concentric manner with respect to the first open hole 8 and the open screw hole 9. The strip plate parts 10a and 11a are connected to each other by screwing a bolt 14, which is inserted into the second open hole 12, the first open hole 8 and the third open hole 13 from a lower side of the strip plate part 10a, to the open screw hole 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】例えば山型鋼どうしを1本のボルトによって、相対的に回転不能に結合する場合などに活用出来る板材間のボルト結合構造を提供する。【解決手段】傾斜山型鋼10の帯状板部10aに嵌合される補助部材1には、第一貫通孔8を備えた基板部2、帯状板部10aを挟む左右両側折曲片6a,6b、及び貫通ネジ孔9を備えた上側板部5が設けられ、帯状板部10aには、第一貫通孔8と同心状に第二貫通孔12が設けられ、水平山型鋼11の帯状板部11aは、基板部2と上側板部5との間の隙間4に、折り返し板部3に隣接する最奥端まで挿入されるもので、当該帯状板部11aには、第一貫通孔8と貫通ネジ孔9とに対して同心状に位置する第三貫通孔13が設けられ、帯状板部10aの下側から、第二貫通孔12、第一貫通孔8、及び第三貫通孔13にボルト14を貫通ネジ孔9に螺合締結させることにより、帯状板部10a,11aを互いに結合させる構成。【選択図】図3
