EAVES BACK CEILING MATERIAL AND EAVES BACK CEILING STRUCTURE
To enhance the fire resistance of an eaves back ceiling material 21, prevents moisture from accumulating on the back side of a surface layer 30 even if a base material 22 is a material that allows moisture and humidity to permeate and the surface of the base material 22 is provided with a non-permeable surface layer 30, and maintain the excellent exterior finish of the eaves back ceiling material 21 over a long period of time.SOLUTION: An eaves back ceiling material 21 is provided with a base material 22 made of a volcanic glassy multilayer board, a non-permeable front surface 30 formed in the base material 22 on the surface opposite to an eaves space 5 in the constructed state, and an aluminum multilayer sheet 24 laminated on the back surface positioned on the side of the eaves space 5 in the constructed state. The aluminum multilayer sheet 24 has a three layer structure composed of a polyethylene terephthalate resin film 26 for moisture prevention and a pulp paper 27 for moisture prevention which are integrally bonded to the side of the base material 22 of the aluminum foil 25 and the side opposite to the base material 22, respectively. The waterproof function of the aluminum multilayer sheet 24 prevents water wt from entering the base material 22 from the back surface itself.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】軒裏天井材21の耐火性を高め、その基材22が水分や湿気を透過させる材料でかつ基材22表面に非透水性の表面層30が設けられていても、表面層30の裏側に水分が溜まるのを阻止し、軒裏天井材21の外観仕上げを長期間に亘って良好に維持する。【解決手段】軒裏天井材21は、火山性ガラス質複層板からなる基材22と、この基材22において、施工状態で軒裏空間5と反対側に位置する表面に形成された非透水性の表面層30と、施工状態で軒裏空間5側に位置する裏面に積層されたアルミニウム複層シート24とを備える。アルミニウム複層シート24は、アルミニウム箔25の基材22側に防湿のためのポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂系フィルム26が、また基材22と反対側に防湿のためのパルプ紙27がそれぞれ一体的に接着された3層構造とし、アルミニウム複層シート24の防水機能により基材22への裏面からの水分wtの浸入自体を阻止する。【選択図】図3
