EAVES BACK CEILING MATERIAL AND EAVES BACK CEILING STRUCTURE
To maintain an exterior finish of an eaves back ceiling material 21 well over a long period of time, in addition to improving the fire resistance of the eaves back ceiling material 21, making the base material 22 difficult to swell even when moisture is absorbed, and preventing a fastener of the eaves back ceiling material 21 to be relatively embedded in the eaves back ceiling material 21.SOLUTION: An eaves back ceiling material 21 includes a base material 22 made of a volcanic glassy multilayer board, a decorative sheet 30 attached to a surface located at opposite side to the eaves back space 5 in a construction state in the base material 22, and an aluminum multilayer sheet 24 laminated on the back surface located on the eaves back space 5 side in the construction state. In the aluminum multilayer sheet 24, a polyethylene terephthalate resin film 26 for moisture prevention is integrally bonded to the base material 22 side of the aluminum foil 25, and a pulp paper 27 for moisture prevention is integrally bonded to the opposite side of the base material 22, respectively, forming a three-layer structure. The decorative sheet 30 has a wood grain pattern 31 of the same color as the surface of the indoor ceiling material 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】軒裏天井材21の耐火性を高めるとともに、その基材22を水分の吸収があっても膨れ難くして、軒裏天井材21の止め具が相対的に軒裏天井材21内にめり込むを阻止し、軒裏天井材21の外観仕上げを長期間に亘って良好に維持する。【解決手段】軒裏天井材21は、火山性ガラス質複層板からなる基材22と、この基材22において、施工状態で軒裏空間5と反対側に位置する表面に貼り付けられた化粧シート30と、施工状態で軒裏空間5側に位置する裏面に積層されたアルミニウム複層シート24とを備える。アルミニウム複層シート24は、アルミニウム箔25の基材22側に防湿のためのポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂系フィルム26が、また基材22と反対側に防湿のためのパルプ紙27がそれぞれ一体的に接着された3層構造とする。化粧シート30は、室内天井材35の表面と同じ色調の木目模様31を有するものとする。【選択図】図3
