TEMPORARY SCAFFOLD CONNECTION STRUCTURE
To provide a temporary scaffold connection structure capable of fixing a connection pipe at uniform length by restricting poor appearance and strength degradation of a welding portion with the connection pipe.SOLUTION: In the structure where a connection member 11 with a connection pipe P fixed thereto is wedged by a wedge member 60 relative to a wedge receiver 5 protrusively provided at a circumferential surface 2 of a pillar 1 by a cylindrical part 7 disposed in a pillar direction, the connection member comprises: a connection main body part 20 having an upper member 30 and a lower member 40 disposed on upper and lower sides of the wedge receiver, and inside of it, a communication part 25 formed to be in communication with the cylindrical part of the wedge receiver; and a pipe fastening part 50 with the connection pipe fastened thereto, with the connection main body part and the pipe fastening part respectively formed as separate members and integrated together. The pipe fastening part includes a through hole 55 for the connection pipe and the connection pipe is fastened at a predetermined length by penetrating its end part P1 into the through hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】連結パイプとの溶接部分の外観不良や強度低下を抑制して連結パイプを均一の長さで固設することが可能な仮設足場用連結構造体を提供する。【解決手段】支柱1の円周面2に支柱方向の筒部7によって突設されたくさび受け5に対して、連結パイプPが固設された連結部材11を楔部材60によって楔着する構造において、連結部材は、くさび受けの上下に配置される上側部材30及び下側部材40とを備え内側にはくさび受けの筒部と連通する連通部25が形成された連結本体部20と、連結パイプが固着されるパイプ固着部50とがそれぞれ別部材として形成されかつ一体化されているとともに、パイプ固着部は連結パイプの貫通孔55を有していて連結パイプは貫通孔にその端部P1を貫通して所定長さに固着されている。【選択図】図1
