TEMPORARY SCAFFOLD CONNECTION STRUCTURE
To provide a temporary scaffold connection structure allowing firm joint of a connection pipe to a connection member, and improved in strength and durability of a pipe fitting part.SOLUTION: In a structure of wedging a connection member 11 with a connection pipe P firmly fitted to the wedge receiver 5 of a column 1, the connection member integrally has a connection body part 20 having an arm piece part 21 for connecting rear part lateral side faces of the upper side member 30 and a lower side member 40, and a pipe fitting part 50 having an annular holding part 55 integrally arranged at a rear part of the connection body part and inserting and holding a pipe circumference near an end part of the connection pipe. The arm piece part of the connection member has an abutting part 23 on which a front end face part Pe of the connection pipe with a circumference held by the annular holding part of the pipe fitting part abuts, and has an annular part 24 with a diameter smaller than a circumferential surface of the connection pipe front end part. At the end part of the connection pipe, the annular holding part of the pipe fitting part and the arm piece part of the connection body part are integrally welded and fastened via a step-like zone Z.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】連結パイプと連結部材との溶接部分の強固な結合が可能となり、パイプ取付部の強度及び耐久性を向上した仮設足場用連結構造体を提供する。【解決手段】支柱1のくさび受け5に対し連結パイプPが固設された連結部材11を楔着する構造において、連結部材は上側部材30及び下側部材40の後部左右側面を接続する腕片部21を備えた連結本体部20と、連結本体部後部に一体に配置され連結パイプの端部近傍のパイプ外周を挿入保持する環状保持部55を有するパイプ取付部50とを一体に有し、連結部材の腕片部は、パイプ取付部の環状保持部によって外周を保持された連結パイプの前端面部Peが突き当たる突当部23を備えるとともに、該連結パイプ前端面部の円周面よりも小径の環状部24を有していて、連結パイプの端部において、パイプ取付部の環状保持部及び連結本体部の腕片部とが段状ゾーンZを介して一体に溶接固着されてなる。【選択図】図9
