EXCAVATING AND STIRRING HEAD
To provide an excavating and stirring head which make it possible to continuously construct a steel pipe soil cement pile by reducing resistance to excavation by a hard ground.SOLUTION: An excavating and stirring head includes: excavating blades 3 at a tip portion of a rotation axis 2; and stirring blades 4 and corotation preventing blades 5 above the excavating blades 3. The corotation preventing blade 5 comprises a corotation preventing blade base portion 8 and a corotation preventing blade tip portion 9. The corotation preventing blade tip portion 9 is connected to the corotation preventing blade base portion 8 by a fulcrum pin 13 and a shear pin 14 in a direction perpendicular to a longer direction of the corotation preventing blade 5. When the shear pin 14 is broken by receiving shearing force equal to or larger than prescribed force by resistance to excavation of a ground, the corotation preventing blade tip portion 9 rotates about the fulcrum pin 13. The corotation preventing blade base portion 8 and the corotation preventing blade tip portion 9 include contact portions 9d, 12a which come in contact with each other when the corotation preventing blade tip portion 9 rotates about the fulcrum pin 13 by an angle equal to or larger than a prescribed angle. Frictional resistance between the contact portions 9d, 12a restricts rotation of the corotation preventing blade tip portion 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】硬質地盤による掘進抵抗を低減して鋼管ソイルセメント杭の継続施工を可能にした掘削撹拌ヘッドを提供する。【解決手段】回転軸2の先端部に掘削翼3、掘削翼3の上方に撹拌翼4と共回り防止翼5を有する。共回り防止翼5は共回り防止翼基部8と共回り防止翼先端部9とからなる。共回り防止翼先端部9は共回り防止翼基部8に対し、共回り防止翼5の長手方向と直交する方向の支点ピン13とシャーピン14によって接続する。シャーピン14が地盤の掘進抵抗力によって所定以上のせん断力を受けて破断することで、共回り防止翼先端部9が支点ピン13を軸に回転する。共回り防止翼基部8と共回り防止翼先端部9は、共回り防止翼先端部9が支点ピン13を軸として所定角度以上回転したときに相互に当接する当接部9d,12aを有する。当接部9dと12a間の摩擦抵抗により共回り防止翼先端部9の回動を拘束する。【選択図】図1
