EXCAVATING AND STIRRING DEVICE
To provide an excavating and stirring device capable of constructing a columnar improvement body and a core body integrally without pulling up from an excavated hole and replacing a component when constructing a core body comprising only a binder in a center portion of a columnar improvement body composed of a solidified mixture of an excavated soil and a binder.SOLUTION: In an excavating and stirring device, a main body cylinder portion 22 comprising excavating blades 24, stirring blades 26 and corotation preventing blades 25 and an inner cylinder 23 for constructing a core body accommodated inside the main body cylinder portion are connected via a connection shaft 28 penetrating them in a radial direction. When the main body cylinder portion 22 rotates around its shaft center, a handle 29 provided at one end of the connection shaft 28 interferes with the corotation preventing blades 25, thus the connection shaft 28 rotates, so that via an engagement mechanism of a pinion gear 281 provided in the connection shaft 28 and a rack gear 233 provided in a groove hole 232 of the inner cylinder 23 for constructing a core body, the inner cylinder 23 for constructing a core body moves forward/backward in a shaft center direction of the main body cylinder portion 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】掘削土と結合剤との固化混合物からなる円柱状改良体の中心部分に結合材のみからなる芯体を築造するに際して、掘削孔からの引き上げや部材の付け替えを行わなくても、円柱状改良体と芯体とを一体的に築造することができる掘削攪拌装置を提供する。【解決手段】掘削攪拌装置は、掘削翼24、攪拌翼26および共回り防止翼25を具備する本体筒部22と、その内側に収容された芯体築造用内筒23とが、それらを径方向に貫通する連結シャフト28を介して連結され、本体筒部22がその軸心周りに回転すると、連結シャフト28の一端に設けられたハンドル29が共回り防止翼25に干渉することで連結シャフト28が回転し、連結シャフト28に設けられたピニオンギア281と芯体築造用内筒23の溝孔232に設けられたラックギア233との噛合機構を介して芯体築造用内筒23が本体筒部22の軸心方向に進退するように構成される。【選択図】図3
