To provide a mist spray device capable of improving workability of installation work of a mist spray pipe, and an installation method of the mist spray pipe.SOLUTION: This mist spray device 10 comprises: a plurality of mist spray pipes 20 that have nozzles 22; a hose 25 for connecting the mist spray pipes 20; a wire 30 for stretching the mist spray pipes 20 connected by the hose 25 between a pair of support members 3, 4; a binding member 35 that binds the mist spray pipes 20 and the hose 25 to the wire 30 so as to be integrated with the wire 30; and a first reel 50 through which the mist spray pipes 20 and the hose 25 bound to the wire 30 can be wound and delivered together with the wire 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
