The present invention relates to a centrifugal separation mist spray device in which all structures of a mist spray device, such as a water supply structure, a mist generation structure, and a mist spray structure, are actively improved into a centrifugal separation structure, so that departing from an existing scheme accompanying various problems such as noise caused by an operation of a high-pressure piston pump for transferring water, and dust clogging of a fine nozzle hole formed to spray high-pressure water, construction is facilitated due to a simple structure, and a series of operations such as water supply, mist generation, and mist spraying are performed only by operating one motor so that an operating cost is actively reduced. The centrifugal separation mist spray device includes: an upright installation support (100) installed upright on a ground surface to receive water from a water supply or receive tap water; a body (200) installed at an upper end of the upright installation support, and provided with a hollow water tank (210) to store the received water; a cover member (300) disposed at an upper end of the body to shield the water tank from an outside; and a motor (400) coupled to the cover member via the water tank on a bottom surface of the body, and operated by an electric power to generate mist by rotating the cover member at a high speed in one direction to centrifugally separate the water of the water tank.
본 발명은 물의 공급구조, 미스트 생성구조, 미스트 분사구조 등 미스트 분사장치의 제반 구조를 원심분리방식의 구조로 적극 개선함으로써 물을 이송하기 위한 고압 피스톤 펌프의 작동으로 인한 소음 및 고압의 물을 분사하기 위해 설치된 미세한 노즐 구멍의 먼지 막힘 등 다양한 문제점이 동반되었던 기존의 방식에서 벗어나 구조가 단조로워 시공이 간편하고, 나아가 하나의 모터를 작동시키는 것만으로도 급수, 미스트 생성, 미스트 분사 등 일련의 작동이 이루어져 가동비가 적극 절감되는 원심분리방식의 미스트 분사장치에 관한 것으로, 지면에 입설되어 상수도 내지 수돗물을 급수받는 입설대(100);와, 입설대의 상단에 설치되며 중공의 수조(210)가 형성되어 공급된 물을 담수하는 바디(200);와, 바디의 상단에서 배치되어 외부로부터 수조를 차폐하는 커버체(300);와, 바디의 저면에서 수조를 경유하여 커버체와 결합하고, 전력에 의한 작동으로 커버체를 일방향 고속 회전시킴에 따라 수조의 물이 원심분리되어 미스트를 생성시키는 모터(400);로 구성된다.
